Pinch to zoom and drag to move. Tap a country to see its name and capital under the map, then tap the card to open the full country card. The chips above the map select a continent: the map zooms to it, colors only its countries and shows how many countries, how much land and how many people it has. Small island states are marked with dots.
The Countries tab searches by the name of a country or its capital in your language. Region chips narrow the list to one continent; the sort menu orders it by name, area or population. Star a country to add it to your favorites and filter the list by them. A country card shows the flag, capital, continent, area, population, density, currency, official languages, the coordinates of the capital and the position on the map; “Open on the world map” jumps to the Map tab with the country highlighted.
The Topics tab holds short entries on physical and human geography. Search by topic, phenomenon or term; switch between physical and human geography; pick a section. Each entry starts with the key point, lists checkable facts, explains why things are the way they are, adds a fun fact and closes with two questions. Related entries open in the same window. “Tables and records” collects continents, oceans, rivers, peaks, lakes, islands, deserts, waterfalls, volcanoes, the biggest countries, climate belts, natural zones and the records of the Earth.
The Quiz tab has five modes: capitals, flags, the country highlighted on the map, continents and knowledge questions from the topics. Choose regions or sections and a round of 10 or 20 questions. Every answer is checked at once; the app counts your streak, keeps the best score for each mode on the device and lists what to review, with a link to the country or entry.
Tap the info button on any tab, then choose the language: English, Spanish, Arabic, French, Hindi, Thai and Russian are available offline. In Arabic the interface reads right to left while the map keeps its usual orientation. The dark theme switch is on the same screen and on every tab bar.
Flags are drawn from the emoji font of your device. If a flag shows as two letters or an empty box, your system does not ship flag emoji; the country data is unaffected.

The handbook follows standard school treatments of geography. Country outlines come from Natural Earth (public domain); country figures are rounded UN estimates for 2024–2025 and are updated with app releases. It is a study aid and a quick reference, not an official textbook of any school system. Translations are still being refined, and corrections are welcome.
